About this role

We are seeking for an exceptional individual to join a global prestigious FMCG company headquartered in Singapore. Finance &Administration Manager – FMCG (Reports to Group CEO) Role Overview The Finance & Administration Manager will lead the full spectrum offinance, accounting and office administration for a fast‑moving consumer goods(FMCG) business, ensuring robust governance, accurate reporting and strongbusiness partnering in line with Big 4 (EY / PwC) standards. This position reports directly to the Group CEO and acts as a key member of the leadershipteam, with group‑wide responsibility for finance and administration across multiple entities in ASEAN. Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function: full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), month‑end and year‑end close, statutory reporting and audit schedules.​ Own financial reporting: management reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis and commentary for management and regional/HQ where applicable. Drive budgeting and forecasting: annual budget, rolling forecast, scenario analysis and performance tracking for brands, channels and key customers. Cost control and margin management: monitor COGS, trade spend, promotions and operating expenses, recommending initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency. Working capital and cash flow: manage cash flow, credit control, inventory audits, payment terms and bank relationships to optimise liquidity. Tax and compliance: ensure compliance with local accounting standards, GST/VAT and corporate tax filings, internal controls, policies and SOPs. Coordinate cross‑border tax and regulatory matters across ASEAN and China in collaboration with local advisors, ensuring compliant structures for trading and distribution flows. Audit and governance: liaise with external and internal auditors, ensure high‑quality audit files, remediation of findings and continuous strengthening of controls, consistent with Big 4 expectations. Admin and HR support: oversee general office administration, contracts, basic HR admin including payroll review, benefits data and staff expense claims. Business partnering: support Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain with commercial analyses (pricing, trade terms, promotions, ROI on campaigns, new product launches). Systems and process improvement: enhance ERP/accounting systems usage, streamline workflows and documentation for better accuracy, speed and control.​ Provide strategic financial advice to the Group CEO on growth plans, investments, risk management and capital allocation. Lead, mentor and develop a lean finance and admin team, setting clear KPIs and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and strong governance. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred, in line with Big 4 criteria.​ 7–10 years’ progressive experience in finance and administration, including at least 3–5 years in the FMCG or consumer/retail sector. Prior experience in a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC or equivalent) or trained in Big 4–level audit/controls environment strongly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax, GST/VAT and internal controls; proven track record in closing books and leading audits. Good knowledge of ASEAN tax regimes and regulatory frameworks, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes (GST/VAT) and cross‑border compliance for trading and distribution entities. Experience coordinating with local advisors and authorities across key ASEAN markets on tax filings, incentives, transfer pricing and regulatory updates. Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial analysis (brands, channels, customers, promotions). Hands‑on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills for modelling and analytics. Proven experience managing and developing a finance team, including hiring, coaching and performance management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills; able to partner senior management and cross‑functional teams. Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume FMCG environment with tight deadlines.
