Human Resources Intern

We’re seeking a HR Intern who is not only passionate about HR but also knows how to have a blast while making a difference. Join our team as our HR Superstar and Chief Happiness Enthusiast aka HR Intern, where you’ll get hands-on experience and learn the ropes of HR. Get ready for an internship that’s anything but boring. Job Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and compliance. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, CultJobs, Internsg, Glints). Assist with recruitment , including job postings, scheduling interviews and facilitating them. Assist in conducting onboarding, offboarding and check-ins for employees. Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities such as employee surveys and company announcements. Collaborate with the HR team to update our culture code and employee handbook with a splash of personality. Maintaining employee welfare and leave administration. Providing support to Office Manager when needed. Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices,and propose initiative ideas for process improvements. Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor. Comfortable working with and interacting with people Job Requirements: A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent. A contagious positive attitude that can brighten even the gloomiest Monday mornings. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while keeping your cool and maintaining a smile. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative to work independently as well as in a team. Adaptable, vibrant, dynamic and approachable. Committed to offering top-notch administrative services. Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred) Able to commit full-time (Mon-Fri, 10AM - 7PM) Internship period : July 2026 onwards (min. 3 months commitment period)
