Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units, ensuring a seamless integration experience for new hires into the organization. Drive employee engagement initiatives and lead change management and development programs. Build strong, trusted partnerships with leaders and managers by providing strategic HR advice, support, and guidance aligned with business goals. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies. Coordinate and implement development programs to strengthen employees’ skills and competencies. Support regional performance management processes and promotion cycles through regular monitoring and reporting. Assist in handling disciplinary matters and designing improvement plans for underperforming employees. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with data protection policies. Ensure all HR initiatives and deliverables meet company guidelines and comply with relevant employment laws while supporting business operational needs.
