Sales & Project Manager

1) Lead andspearhead the operation and execution of project from inception developmentPhase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project. 2) Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client,architect, consultant and NSC. 3) Monitor the site progress with sitemanager/coordinator/supervisor 4) Develop project schedule 5) Attend site meeting or progress meeting withclient/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team. 6) Handles all correspondences/documentation and preparereports(emails, site progress report weekly update project schedule, etc.) 7) Monitor and manage approved project budget bymanagement and provide value engineering to work scope and materials 8. Manage and resolve design and technical issues withsite manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager. 9) Plan and schedule project timelines 10) Implement and manage project changes andinterventions to achieve project outputs 11) Provide direction and support to project team 12) Quality assurance 13) Constantly monitor and report on progress of theproject to management 14) Present reports defining project progress, problemsand solutions (submit weekly site progress report to management) 15) Monitor and manage rectification works. 16) To establish progressive and finalized final claim toclients for each completed projects 17) To participate in ad-hoc projects and other dutieswhen required 18) To evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliersclaim and recommend appropriate payments 19) Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meeting 20) Able to work with long hours, weekend and publicholiday.
