Cad Designer / Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer / Interior Designer to support our interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be able to prepare technical drawings, assist in design development, and coordinate with clients and project teams. Responsibilities Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings. Prepare shop drawings and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects. Assist in developing design concepts and preparing design presentations. Create 3D drawings/renderings using SketchUp or other relevant software. Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers. Conduct site measurements when required. Update drawings according to project requirements and revisions. Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within deadlines. Maintain proper drawing records and documentation. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out / renovation projects. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software. Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings. Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with clients and project teams. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Software Skills AutoCAD (Required) SketchUp / 3D Software (Preferred) Photoshop / Presentation Software (Advantage)
