Customer Support Executive(in-door) Brief Job Description: Perform sales administration and provide support to the sales team. To be well versed with company products and services by having a good understanding of workflows supporting these products. Maintain a high level of customer care and satisfaction with good and professional communication skills. Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of daily sales administration duties such as sales enquiries, quotation, customer orders and reports. Manage customer orders through timely delivery and customer’s provided delivery schedule. Ensure accurate processing of orders. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on shipping information. Provide support on freight forwarders quotations to regional distributors/customers. Inventory management - plan, monitor inventory level and allocate stocks. Liaise with suppliers to plan for shipment. Handle shipment discrepancies. Maintain good upkeeping of price lists, brochures and catalogs or other sales promotional materials and samples request. Requirements: Possess Diploma or BSc with good command of English High level computer skills (especially MS Word and Excel) Independent personality with good communication skills. Able to work and interact well with both internal & external parties. Meticulous with paperwork. Must be a team player. Benefits: 5-daywork week. Medical and Insurance benefits.
