Are you interested in improving business operations through smarter processes, digital tools, automation, and AI? We are looking for a curious and analytical Digital Transformation, AI & Process Improvement Intern to support an ongoing business improvement project. You will work closely with the project lead and operational teams to understand how work is currently carried out, map existing workflows, and identify opportunities to simplify, digitalise, or automate manual processes. This is a hands-on internship with strong exposure to logistics, supply chain operations, business process improvement, enterprise systems, and practical applications of AI and automation. Top-performing interns may be considered for a permanent position upon graduation. Key Responsibilities Process and Workflow Mapping Work with team members to understand daily operational activities and document existing workflows clearly. Create process maps and workflow diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio, draw.io, Miro, or similar platforms. Process Improvement Review current workflows to identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, duplicated work, delays, and areas where processes can be simplified or improved. Digitalisation, Automation and AI Support Explore how digital tools, automation, analytics, or AI-assisted solutions may help improve speed, accuracy, visibility, and productivity. Potential areas may include reporting, document handling, data entry, workflow routing, information retrieval, and operational tracking. System and Workflow Design Help translate operational requirements into clear future-state workflows, process diagrams, user requirements, and practical improvement recommendations. Project Implementation Support Assist with documentation, solution testing, user feedback, data preparation, and the implementation of new processes or digital tools. Requirements We welcome current students and recent graduates with an interest in: Logistics, supply chain, operations, business processes, or technology Process improvement and problem-solving Digital transformation, automation, data, or AI applications Understanding how people, systems, information, and physical operations work together Applicants should be: Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with team members to understand how work is done Able to present information clearly using diagrams, documents, or simple reports Willing to learn new systems, digital tools, and operational processes Able to work independently and collaboratively Experience with process-mapping tools, spreadsheets, data analysis, enterprise systems, logistics operations, or automation tools would be helpful but is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
