Job Description Job Responsibilities: Own end to end test program validation, sign off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones. Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health. Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression. Drive PV, audit, and data compliance, closing gaps before any release. Coordinate cross functionally with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Infra, and Manufacturing teams. Ensure test programs are CI/infra ready (toolchain, automation, versioning, release governance). Job Requirements Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Advantest V93K tester. Experience in semiconductor test or validation environment. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Leadership skills are bonus.
