Join our rapidly expanding premium healthcare brand and grow your career with us Job Summary We are seeking a professional and warm Clinic Receptionist to anchor our front-desk daily operations, optimize patient scheduling, and deliver an exceptional, premium service experience for every individual who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Front Desk Excellence: Manage daily clinic front desk operations, register incoming patients, and coordinate appointments accurately to optimize therapist capacity. Patient Engagement: Act as the first point of contact by responding promptly and professionally to in-person, phone, and online enquiries regarding services and clinical procedures . Records Management: Organize, update, and maintain digitized patient records with high accuracy and absolute confidentiality. Financial Duties: Process invoices, collect patient payments, handle routine billing, and generate simple financial reports accurately. Operational Growth: Provide administrative support for corporate wellness events and internal clinic initiatives to enhance patient engagement. Required competencies and certifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles (prior experience in healthcare or medical clinic environments is highly preferred) Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and multidisciplinary clinical teams . Technical Savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating Electronic Medical Record (EMR) /Patient Record Systems. Operational Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking and organization skills to effectively manage high patient flow and time-sensitive tasks. Personal Attributes: Meticulous with numerical data, detail-oriented, and strongly committed to preserving strict patient privacy and confidentiality Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in physiotherapy or medical clinic environments is preferred to understand clinical workflows Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary Range: SGD 2,200 – SGD 3,000 (commensurate with experience) Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): Yes (13th-month bonus) Bonuses: Performance-based yearly increments and variable bonuses Leave Entitlements: Comprehensive Annual Leave Work Hours: up to 44 hours per week (Creative shift) Rest Days: Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays Why Join The Bloom Rehab?
