About this role

Responsibilities Prepare and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) work schedules aligned with the project master programme to ensure timely progress. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly. Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works before concreting and subsequent construction activities to ensure quality and compliance. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (LV/HV, transformers, switchboards, CCTV) to meet project specifications. Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, codes, and safety requirements to maintain site safety and regulatory adherence. Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering projects within Singapore’s building and construction industry. Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in M&E systems and site coordination. Good understanding of M&E details, construction drawings, and local construction practices. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
