Job Summary An M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Supervisor playsa crucial role in overseeing M&E works at project sites, ensuring efficienttask completion, compliance with safety and quality standards, and smoothcoordination with sub-contractors. Responsibilities Lead a team of M&E sub-contractors to achieve timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks Coordinate schedules with sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of M&E works on site Monitor daily operations to verify compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and safety regulations Attend project meetings and report weekly progress updates to the main office for informed decision-making Request materials proactively and plan delivery schedules to support uninterrupted workflow Conduct inspections and tests to maintain quality control according to project requirements Implement and maintain safety standards and good housekeeping practices to ensure a safe work environment Utilize driving skills as an advantage to facilitate site mobility and logistics
