HR Manager

Responsibilities Set objectives for the HR team and track progress Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Develop compensation and benefits plans Suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process Execute recruitment processes to attract talent to the company Host in-house recruitment events Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) Review departmental budgets Ensure company complies to all MOM regulations Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner Ensure that foreign worker affairs are managed in a timely manner Develop SOPs that are fitting for the HR department Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a HR Executive in the environmental industry Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (Experience with QuickHR is a plus) Solid understanding of MOM Policies Excellent communication abilities Leadership skills Ability to foster healthy employee relations BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology Able to work efficiently with a clear use of SOPs
