Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our business in the Environmental Services sector, including landscaping, cleaning, stewarding and waste management . You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, cleaning, stewarding and waste management services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals and presentations Conduct site visits and understand operational requirements before pricing Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction Meet sales targets and support company growth strategies Track market trends, competitor activities and customer needs Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of sales / business development experience in environmental services Strong knowledge of landscaping, cleaning, stewarding or waste management (must have at least one) Experience in tender / quotation preparation is an advantage Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment
