Supervisor (Stewarding)

Job Description Supervise and lead stewarding staff on daily operations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in kitchen and back-of-house areas Coordinate manpower deployment and work schedules Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with company SOPs Liaise with clients and operations team on daily operational matters Train new staff and provide guidance to team members Prepare simple reports and submit daily updates when required Job Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in stewarding, cleaning, or hospitality industry Able to lead and manage a team independently Good communication and coordination skills Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required Basic knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene practices
