Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs Requirements: Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (preferably in waste management, environmental services, or related industries) Good understanding of Singapore’s environmental regulations and compliance standards e.g. (NEA and stay up to date) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and secure new clients Office Location: 40 Penjuru Rd, Singapore 609145 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
