Position Summary In your role, you will: Customer primary point-of-contact in communication, coordination, and follow-up action such as time/labor/material quotes (DAF approval), preliminary invoices (PPI) generated by planner, give progress updates, get customer approval and debrief on work packages (induction & output meetings), resolution of squawks, and address warranty issues (ODC & Customer Dispute) (SAP). Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints. Develop Time Line (Gant chart) and maintain schedule (Pivotal) through aircraft delivery and follow-up. Monitor and oversee work flow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Singapore MOE/ Repair Station / Quality Manual, Site Operating Procedures. Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops; update daily reports on status of aircraft and report to all relevant stakeholders. Support the team in returning aircraft to service (RTS) after maintenance. Produce maintenance and other employee reports as assigned (i.e., IW72/CN41, shortage sheet/zoom, and Autotime). Review, approve, and sign final customer invoice as needed (ZPRJ) (i.e., review margin analysis, warranty negotiations, and review of service orders (SVOs). Perform post work package activities (Pivotal), (i.e., customer follow-up calls, resolve customer issues after departure. Coordinate with customer concerning entertainment during site visit.
