Personal Chauffeur

Position Overview We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Personal Chauffeur to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for the Senior Executive and family members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional driving skills, punctuality, and a strong sense of confidentiality while ensuring a premium travel experience. Key Responsibilities Safely drive the Senior Executive and family members to and from various destinations (office, meetings, social events, school runs, airport transfers, etc.). Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all assigned vehicles at all times. Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules, adapting to last-minute changes. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, and registration renewals. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any expenses related to transportation. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding executive and family activities, conversations, and personal matters. Provide courteous and professional assistance during travel. Occasionally run errands or assist with family-related tasks as requested. Requirements Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal or executive chauffeur. Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes. Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and professionalism. Physically fit and able to assist with luggage and other tasks. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience driving luxury vehicles. Defensive driving certification. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and traffic apps. Previous experience serving families.
