Job Summary Drive business growth by developing sheet metal and machining clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, delivering technical solutions and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Identify and develop new sheet metal and machining clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia to achieve defined sales targets Gather and analyze Singapore market information, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions Respond to client inquiries by preparing accurate quotations and communicating technical proposals to support sales conversion Maintain and strengthen client relationships through timely follow-up on orders and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to verify technical compliance and resolve client requirements effectively Support industry exhibitions and brand promotion activities in Singapore to enhance company visibility and market presence Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred 1-3 years of business development experience in sheet metal or machining within Singapore manufacturing sector preferred Proficient understanding of sheet metal processes and Singapore industry standards preferred Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage client interactions and handle pressure situations preferred Basic ability to read technical drawings is an advantage Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and colleagues in China
