Responsibilities: Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries Assist in recruitment processes, reach out to potential applicants to share available jobs and promote job referrals Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn Screen & assess job applicants Coordinate interviews & manage job offers Handle onboarding matters Assist the department data entry & administrative task needed Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Min.
