Project Engineer

Job Summary Coordinate and support civil and structural engineering design projects, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure quality and compliance while fostering teamwork and achieving project goals. Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare detailed design documentation for civil and structural engineering projects to meet project requirements Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients to facilitate project collaboration Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants and appointed contractors to ensure smooth project execution Liaise with local authorities to facilitate design approvals and compliance with regulatory requirements Support and coordinate office staff to enhance team productivity and project delivery Follow established procedures and instructions from project leads to perform design tasks accurately and efficiently Adhere to project quality system requirements as defined in the Project Quality Plan and promptly report any non-conformances to project leads Demonstrate problem-solving skills to achieve project goals and resolve conflicts in a dynamic work environment Utilize computer applications proficiently to support design and project documentation tasks Required competencies and certifications Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification 1-2 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Good knowledge and experience using computer applications relevant to engineering design Other Information Employee Benefits 5-Day Work Week: Enjoy weekends off to maintain a healthy work-life balance Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Included: Receive an additional month’s salary annually Work-from-Home Flexibility: Benefit from remote work options for greater convenience and productivity
