Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and supervision of civil and structural engineering works across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and project specifications. Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare detailed design documentation for civil and structural engineering projects to meet project requirements Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients to facilitate project success Liaise effectively with local authorities to ensure design compliance and smooth approval processes Coordinate and support office staff to enhance team collaboration and project delivery Follow established procedures and instructions from the Project Lead to complete design tasks accurately and on time Adhere to project quality system requirements as outlined in the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards Identify and report any non-conformances with the quality system promptly to the Project Lead for corrective action Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent Proficient experience and strong knowledge in design software and design standards relevant to civil and structural engineering projects Benefits 5-Day Work Week: Enjoy weekends off to support a healthy work-life balance Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Included: Receive an additional month’s salary annually Work-from-Home Flexibility: Remote work options available subject to management approval for flexibility and productivity
