Creative Lead

Position: Creative Lead Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, organized, and creative Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee event decorations from inquiry to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and budget. - Plan, organize, and coordinate event decoration projects. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and event schedules. - Manage event setup and dismantling at venues. - Supervise decorators, vendors, and support staff. - Ensure all decorations meet quality standards and client expectations. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. - Manage inventory, event materials, and equipment. - Coordinate transportation and logistics for events. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers. - Assist in marketing by capturing event photos/videos and coordinating social media content. Requirements: - Previous experience in event management, event decoration, or hospitality is preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
