Job Summary The Management Executive will drive daily retail operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor sales, and support business planning to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily retail outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction Collaborate with management to plan and implement effective business strategies Coordinate communication and workflows among retail, warehouse, finance, HR, and e-commerce teams Monitor sales data and prepare detailed management reports to inform decision-making Enforce compliance with company policies and operational procedures across outlets Schedule staff shifts, resolve operational issues, and manage customer escalations promptly Liaise with suppliers and external partners to maintain seamless supply chain and operations Identify and recommend improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency Support the execution of new store openings, promotional events, and special projects Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Retail Management, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or operations management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience using retail POS or inventory management systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Other Information Benefits Competitive salary of S$4,000 - S$5,000 per month Career growth and development opportunities Staff purchase discounts Annual leave and medical benefits Performance bonus subject to company performance
