Finance Executive

Finance Executive Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 5-day work week Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Finance Executive to support the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Process supplier payments and customer collections. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare schedules for audit, tax, and statutory reporting. Assist with GST submissions and annual corporate tax matters. Monitor cash flow and perform account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Administrative & System Support Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities. Maintain proper filing and document control. Support EPOS system administration, including product setup, price updates, promotions, sales reports, and reconciliation. Coordinate with retail operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock records. Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Knowledge of full set accounting, Singapore GST requirements, and AIS submission. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, Xero). Knowledge of EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems, including sales transactions, product setup, inventory management, and reporting, will be an advantage.
