Finance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage daily financial operations and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records and timely submission. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists/delivery orders, and airway bill. Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems - Sage 300 and Acumatica will be an advantage. Strong organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
