Corporate HSE Manager (Building Projects) Ehs / Safely Manager

Established A1 main contractor, delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You as a Corporate HSE Manager will lead lead and drive our organisation’s health, safety, and environmental excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s corporate HSE strategy, policies, and frameworks across all building projects Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) guidelines Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Provide strategic direction and guidance to project HSE teams, ensuring consistent safety practices across all sites Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across project sites and corporate functions Drive incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions Lead company-wide safety campaigns, training programs, and initiatives to foster a strong safety culture Monitor HSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management Liaise with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders on all HSE-related matters Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management at a corporate level Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HSE professionals across multiple projects Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related discipline Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Minimum 10 to 15 years of HSE experience in construction.
