About the Company Established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. With a solid portfolio across commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and industrial developments, they are known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants. Due to on going project expansion, they are looking for an experienced Architecture Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Architectural team for large-scale building construction projects. Oversee architectural works from design development, coordination, authority submission, construction, to project completion. Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical specifications. Ensure architectural works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and authorities’ requirements. Manage architectural interfacing and coordination with Structural, M&E, BIM, and site construction teams. Attend technical meetings, design coordination meetings, and site inspections. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of architectural works. Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures. Support tendering activities, value engineering, and construction planning where required. Lead and mentor architectural coordinators and site teams. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects with Main Contractors. large-scale commercial, mixed development, institutional, residential, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge in architectural detailing, construction methodology, authority requirements, and project coordination. Familiar with Singapore BCA regulations and construction standards.
