Structural Manager / Assistant Structure Manager (Building)

A1 main contractor in Singapore is seeking a Structural Manager / Assistant Manager (Structure) to support and manage structural engineering works across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects . The role involves close coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution of structural works. Overview The Structural Engineer / Assistant Manager (Structure) will be responsible for overseeing structural coordination, reviewing structural shop drawings, and supporting site execution to ensure compliance with design intent, statutory requirements, and project specifications. The role will also contribute to resolving technical and constructability issues on site. Coordinate and manage structural design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Review and coordinate structural shop drawings, rebar drawings, and BBS submissions Liaise with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors on design interfaces Support site teams in resolving structural design, construction, and sequencing issues Ensure structural works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and local codes Manage RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications, and consultant responses Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control for structural works Monitor structural progress and identify risks affecting safety, quality, or schedule Participate in coordination meetings and prepare technical coordination minutes Support temporary works coordination where required Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and coordinators Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in structural works within construction projects Familiar with local codes (e.g. SS, Eurocodes) and authorities’ requirements Proficient in AutoCAD , structural detailing, and MS Office Experience with rebar detailing, RC works, and high-rise structures is an advantage How to Apply 👉 Click Apply Now — or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com EA Name: BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd EA License No: 25C2918 EA Reg No: R1551092 – Khoo Yan Jie
