Assistant Cook

We are looking for a reliable and passonate assitant chef to support daily kitchen operations and assist the head chef in food preparaton, cooking, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in Korean Food culture. Key Responsibilities *Assist the Head chef in food preparation for daily operation and cooking according to recipes given by Head chef. *Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas in accordance with food safety regulations. *Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet customer's expectation *Support kitchen operations during service hours to ensure smooth operation *Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times Requirements * Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory *Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices *Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Passion for cooking and willingness to learn What We Offer *Competitive salary and benefits *Friendly and supportive work environment *Staff meals and other benefits(where applicable)
