Position : Temp Staff – Engagement and Partnerships Division(Service Excellence) Location: College Road Contract Period: 1 August 2026 – 1 August 2027 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break) Salary: $18.50 per hour (Degree holders with no work experience) Job Responsibilities Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens’ needs effectively Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public Other administrative tasks as required Requirements Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration, with exposure to citizen engagement and appeals processing Experience in liaising with public agencies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Exposure to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects is an advantage Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and changing requirements Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn and apply new skills Basic knowledge of Python programming is preferred Familiarity with regular expressions for text processing, pattern matching, or data extraction would be an advantage Experience in reporting, data analysis, or presenting insights to stakeholders is an advantage If you are interested in this opportunity and believe your experience is relevant, please send your updated CV directly to eg@businessedge.com.sg for consideration.
