Customer Service Assistant (Logistics)/3 Mths (Extendible Or Convertible)/West Area/$2700-$2900

Job Duties OPERATIONS Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations Perform documentation for order processing activities Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with Perform system receipt of cargoes Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities Identify operational shortfall and escalate CUSTOMER SERVICE Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services Prepare reports for customers and operation Perform billing process Job Requirements PC literate Experience in warehousing and logistics will be an advantage Able to start work immediately Location: Pioneer (Walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station) Working hrs: Mon to Thur – 8.30am to 6pm; Fri – 8.30am to5.30pm; Alt Sat – 8.30am to 12.30pm Interested candidates please send resume to ek@businessedge.com.sg Eric Kng Chip Guan (CEI No. R1104559) Business Edge Personnel Services (EA License 96C4864)
