Temp Staff (Integrated Operations)

Job Scope: You will support municipal ground operations and the review of the appointed Integrated Operator's performance indicators. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate ground audit findings (across channels e.g. agencies’ chat groups, visual analytics trial), minimise false positives and suggest improvements for longer-term deployment. Participating in joint site inspections with agencies and the Integrated Operator to assess and capture condition of assets before taking over for maintenance Conducting site surveys and information gathering for hotspots and escalated feedback for internal assessment of situation and follow-up Other assigned duties by supervisor Requirements: Attention to detail Committed to ensuring the standards of municipal services delivery are met Physically fit to walk and stand for long hours outdoor, if required Comfortable in using tablet (e.g., iPad) to input findings Proficient in Microsoft Office Working Hours: Weekdays only 4 days a week: 9am to 3pm 1 day a week: 2pm to 8pm Salary: Up to $16/hr (with Weekly Transport Allowance of $18.90) Location: Office - Maxwell, On-site: Tampines, Punggol, Pasir Ris EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R26159658 BRANN LEONG CHUN HOE
