Responsibilities You will assist in the stocktake of physical files, data-entry and processing of documents, including but not limited to the following: Physical movements of the files are required. Entry of data and information from hard copy to soft copy. Creation and processing of documents (e.g. Excel, Word, Pdf). Coordinate digitisation with digitisation vendor to ensure smooth operations of document digitisation in required format). Carry out quality checks of scanned images provided by digitisation vendor and ensure that there are no missing pages and unclear pages (e.g. blurred or cut off).
