Salary: $ 2,500 to $2,800 Working hours: MON TO FRI: 12:45pm to 9:30pm Working Location: Suntec Job Responsibilities: Assist with front desk operations, including welcoming guests, serving beverages, and managing incoming calls and deliveries. Manage pantry inventory by ordering, restocking, and organizing snacks, beverages, coffee, and essential office supplies. Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repair works. Support general office administration by monitoring stationery inventory, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and assisting with data entry and report preparation. Provide ad hoc administrative support across departments and assist in organizing internal office events, meetings, and team lunches.
