Assistant Scientific Executive @ Prince George Park

Job Scope: You will work in a laboratory which provides radiation dose monitoring services to radiation workers in Singapore. You will be responsible for the following: Enhance work processes and customer relations to elevate service quality. Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements. Track application payment and dosimeter issuance to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery. Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintain communication with customers, and manage courier job lists to ensure quality assurance.
