Terminal Operator Specialist|Sign On Bonus | Company Transport

Job Responsibilities Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse admin and operations activities to achieve operational targets. Plan and allocate manpower to ensure KPIs are met. Resolve booking and operational issues and provide guidance to the team. Train admin/operations staff and maintain training records. Ensure compliance with HSE, Security, 5S, quality standards, SOPs, and customer requirements. Escalate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions. Support system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with customers and transporters. Manage customer returns and vendor returns. Perform warehouse system data entry and generate picking lists. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Plan overtime when required. Supervise quarter-end operations to ensure targets are achieved. Support the Operations Manager in building a cohesive team. Recommend disciplinary actions where necessary in accordance with company policies. Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or operations experience. Experience leading or supervising an operations team is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
