Temporary Live Text Moderator (Event Crew) Event Dates: 24, 26 & 31 July Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM We are looking for approximately 10 Temporary Live Text Moderators to support an upcoming public event. In this role, you will review user-submitted text messages through a moderation platform before they are displayed on a large digital screen at the event venue. As messages may be submitted by both local and international visitors, we are seeking individuals who are attentive, responsible, and able to make sound judgments under time pressure. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-submitted text messages in real time. Approve or reject messages based on established moderation guidelines. Identify and filter content that is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, politically sensitive, culturally insensitive, or otherwise unsuitable for public display. Ensure moderation decisions are accurate, consistent, and timely. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality. Requirements Strong command of written English. Ability to read and understand one or more of the following languages (or other Asian languages):MandarinMalayThaiKoreanJapanese Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment. Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions. Able to commit to all three event dates is preferred. This role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism, as moderated content will be displayed publicly during a live event.
