Job Duties •Plan, organize, and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements, service levels, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved. •Lead operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence targets while ensuring cost-effective execution of warehouse activities. •Ensure all inbound, storage, value-added services, inventory management, and outbound activities are executed accurately and in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process evaluation, performance monitoring, and implementation of operational enhancements. •Foster a positive and high-performance work environment by leading, coaching, and motivating operational staff to achieve business objectives. •Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, 5S practices, and audit requirements. •Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability through effective inventory control and operational discipline. Specific Accountabilities •Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, and dispatch operations. •Monitor operational performance and productivity levels, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved. •Lead and manage manpower deployment, resource planning, and overtime arrangements to support operational requirements. •Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, customer requirements, and data processing accuracy standards. •Enforce compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping standards, 5S practices, and audit requirements. •Monitor inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions to address stock discrepancies and operational issues. •Manage customer concerns and complaints, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. •Evaluate existing operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality. •Support the implementation of automation solutions, operational projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Skills Required •Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA. •Experience in developing and utilizing operational dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau. •Good understanding of process mapping, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to support decision-making. •Good knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and operational improvement initiatives. •Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. •Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. •Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. •Ability to leverage data and KPIs to drive operational improvements and performance optimization.
