Working Days: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: Competitive - commensurate with experience + commission Role Overview We are looking for someone who thrives on finding new business, opening new accounts, and closing deal. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new B2B and B2C sales opportunities across Singapore, building a pipeline of prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. You will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and prospecting, through to pitching, negotiating, and closing. This is a role for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and energised by the challenge of growing a business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target sectors - F&B operators, hawkers, caterers, food manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce sellers, warehouses, logistics companies, offices, and event organisers. • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and in-person visits to generate new leads and open new accounts. • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial prospecting and outreach through to quotation, negotiation, and deal closure. • Travel to meet prospective and existing clients at their premises across Singapore including site visits, product presentations, and in-person negotiations. • Develop and execute territory plans to systematically grow the customer base within assigned sectors or regions. • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the full FMCG product range. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Reporting & Market Intelligence • Prepare regular sales reports covering pipeline status, activity summaries, and closed deals. • Track and report on key sales metrics including new accounts opened, conversion rates, and revenue generated. • Provide ongoing market feedback to the team including customer insights, competitor pricing, product demand trends, and new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities. Requirements Essential • Eligible to work in Singapore without company sponsorship. • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required to communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels. • A hunter mentality - self-motivated, driven, and proactive in seeking out and closing new business. • Computer literate - proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools. • Willing to travel to client sites across Singapore. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously. Advantageous (Not Required) • Prior experience in FMCG sales, B2B sales, or business development. • Existing network of contacts in F&B, retail, logistics, or e-commerce sectors. • Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, or territory management. • Familiarity with disposable foodware, packaging supplies, or related product categories.
