Account & Sales Support (EV, Automotive)

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide sales administrative support. Review, verify and process invoices. Handling DO, PO, Invoices and shipping advice. Support the sales and finance department to ensure success and smooth transaction. Manage and ensure accurate, and timely payment disbursement. Maintain proper accounting record and filling in accounting system. Support in any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling account receivable and or account payable. Possess basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines. Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
