Job Summary Drive sales growth by qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities while managing client relationships and market intelligence in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Qualify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within assigned territory to achieve business growth Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales execution Utilize and maintain CRM tools (salesforce.com) to manage sales pipeline and customer data effectively Collaborate with technical and executive team members to navigate complex sales scenarios and deliver tailored solutions Develop client proposals that clearly communicate product benefits and customize solutions for nonprofit organizations Monitor nonprofit market trends and competitor activities independently to inform sales strategies Engage regularly with product management teams to provide client feedback and market intelligence Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field Experience using CRM systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to the office at 41 Pandan Road, Singapore 609283 Availability to start work on short notice
