Individuals must possess professional work experience in planning, organising, budgeting and controlling event logistics to allow them to assume the responsibilities with minimal orientation. Benefits / Incentives Basic Salary: $2,500-$3,500 (based on work experience) Commission Structure: TBA Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.15pm Location: Pandan Road (near West Coast Road) 14 Days Annual Leave Good Dental and Medical benefits Responsibilities: Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred This is a 40% Sales and Account Servicing, 30% Operations and 30% Admin job Sales involves searching for new sales leads and developing existing customer base for new business. Daily account servicing revolves around managing customers’ expectations, complaints and feedback. Work with Operations to ensure that vehicles are appropriately assigned to customers. Includes managing manpower and vehicle contractors to fulfill daily and event transport requirements. Lead, coordinate and manage Event Logistics projects from quotation, managing P&L, managing and allocation of resources (ground operations + chauffeurs + cars).
