Facilities Executive(Central)

About the Role: Supervise site operations to ensure contractual service delivery standards are met. Support the Facilities Manager in site supervision, planning, and execution of works and services. Manage site measurements, records, and uploading of field data into FM systems. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and specialists for maintenance and repair works. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements. Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation. Handle correspondence with clients and service providers professionally. Manage client-appointed nominated subcontractors About You: Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant facility management experiences or equivalent.
