About the Role: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for Contact Centre solutions through creative outreach strategies, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities. Understand and assess each client's unique business needs and expectations, recommending tailored solutions that deliver optimal value and service outcomes. Maintain a proactive and responsive approach in managing enquiries, follow-ups, and communications with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular engagement and effective account management, fostering long-term partnerships and business continuity About You: Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
