About the Job: Support Property Managers in ensuring service delivery standards and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. Review team performance and provide guidance to team members on operational and technical matters. Analyze feedback and service requests, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures in collaboration with contractors and stakeholders. Coordinate defect rectification works, including seepage, roof leakage, and other building-related issues, from inspection through completion. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance works are carried out effectively and in accordance with established standards. Participate in cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to resolve site-related issues and improve service delivery. Mentor and guide junior Property Officers, particularly on technical and operational matters. Assist in conducting site inspections, stakeholder walks, verification of work orders, and other operational audits. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Promote and uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and contribute to a strong safety culture. Perform any other duties as assigned. About You: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Estate Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property, estate, or facilities management. Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, defect management, contractor supervision, and service delivery standards. Good leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior team members and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
