Senior Property Manager

About the Job: Lead and manage a team of Property Managers, Property Officers, and service partners responsible for estate operations and maintenance. Oversee the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring service standards and operational KPIs are achieved. Plan, implement, and monitor asset enhancement, improvement, and upgrading programmes. Manage budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, regulatory agencies, and residents. Drive customer engagement initiatives and address escalated feedback, service issues, and operational matters. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, and organizational policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and resident satisfaction. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members. About You: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant property, estate, or facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience leading teams, managing contractors, budgets, and large-scale maintenance or improvement programmes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, community partners, government agencies, and senior management.
