Job Title: Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) to lead our company's technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our technology ecosystem, including the development of our proprietary HR technology platform, digitalisation of professional services operations, and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions. This role requires a strategic technology leader who can bridge business requirements and technology execution, transforming traditional professional services into a technology-enabled organization. Key Responsibilities 1.Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation Develop and execute the company's overall technology and digital transformation roadmap. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and AI. Lead the digital transformation of accounting, corporate secretarial, HR, payroll and professional service operations. Establish technology standards, governance and best practices. 2. HR SaaS Platform Development Lead the design, development and scaling of our proprietary HR technology platform: HR management system Employee lifecycle management Payroll integration Leave and attendance management Digital employee profile Recruitment and talent management features Professional networking features similar to LinkedIn AI-powered HR insights and automation Responsibilities include: Define product roadmap together with management team. Manage software architecture and technology stack. Lead internal developers and external technology partners. Ensure product scalability, security and user experience. 3.Professional Services Digitalization Develop internal systems to transform our accounting and corporate secretarialservices: Examples: Client onboarding system Customer portal Document management system Workflow automation Compliance tracking AI-assisted accounting/tax processes Automated reporting dashboard 4. AI& Automation Strategy Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve productivity. Introduce automation for repetitive accounting, HR and administrative processes. Build AI-enabled tools to enhance client services. 5.Technology Leadership Build and lead technology teams. Manage software developers, vendors and external technology partners. Establish engineering culture and development processes. Manage technology budget and resources. Requirements Essential: Proven experience as CTO, Head of Digital Transformation, Technology Director or similar leadership role. Experience building SaaS products or enterprise software platforms. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience managing developers and technology vendors. Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Preferred: Experience in HR technology, fintech, accounting technology or professional services automation. Experience with AI applications and workflow automation. Startup or scale-up experience. Experience building products from concept to commercial launch. Success Metrics (First 12–18 Months) The successful candidate will be expected to: Launch MVP of HR SaaS platform. Establish scalable technology architecture. Digitise internal accounting and corporate secretarial workflows. Implement AI automation initiatives. Reduce manual operational workload.
