Key Responsibilities 1. CFD Technical Support Provide technical support to customers using CFD simulation software, primarily Ansys Fluent and related products. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues through email, phone, remote sessions, and on-site visits. Assist customers in model setup, meshing strategies, solver configuration, convergence improvement, post-processing, and result interpretation. Reproduce reported issues and collaborate with software vendors when escalation is required. Maintain accurate documentation of support cases using the company's support management system. Develop technical knowledge base articles, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. Support software installation, licensing, HPC configuration, and performance optimization when required. 2. CFD Training & Knowledge Transfer Deliver instructor-led training courses on CFD simulation software to industrial and academic customers. Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions. Prepare training materials, workshop exercises, and demonstration models. Continuously improve training content to align with the latest software releases and industry best practices. Assess participants' learning outcomes and provide technical coaching. Support SkillsFuture, Workforce Singapore (WSG), and other government-funded training programmes where applicable. Contribute towards the development of competency-based training curricula. 3. Technical Consulting & Pre-sales Support Support the sales team during customer engagements by providing technical expertise. Conduct software demonstrations and technical presentations. Assist customers in selecting suitable simulation methodologies and workflows. Perform benchmark studies and proof-of-concept projects. Support technical evaluations and software trials. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Chemical Engineering Marine Engineering Energy Engineering Or related engineering disciplines Master's or PhD is an advantage. Technical Skills Strong understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Hands-on experience with commercial CFD software, preferably: Ansys Fluent Ansys CFX Ansys Discovery Experience with CAD software and geometry preparation is advantageous. Familiarity with Linux, HPC clusters, scripting(Python/Journal), or automation is an advantage. Training & Professional Qualifications Candidates possessing one or more of the following certifications will have an advantage: ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) DACE (Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education) DLLLP (Diploma in Lifelong Learning) WSQ Adult Educator qualifications Previous experience delivering professional technical training is highly desirable. Experience 2–5 years of experience in CFD simulation or engineering analysis. Experience providing technical support or customer-facing engineering services is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong CFD knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
