Application Development Manager, Wealth Management and AAA (Contract) Location: Singapore Contract Type: 12-month contract (Extendable & Convertible) Keywords: Temenos Triple'A, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Application Delivery, Functional Solutioning, Product Backlog, Stakeholder Management, Agile Delivery, Application Lifecycle Management Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to support the functional delivery, enhancement and lifecycle management of the Temenos Triple'A Wealth Management platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external system integrators to govern application enhancements, define functional solutions, ensure delivery quality and support strategic Wealth Management platform transformation initiatives across Portfolio Management and Client Channels. Key Responsibilities • Lead functional analysis and application enhancement activities for the Temenos Triple'A Wealth Management platform. • Act as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, external vendors and system integrators throughout the software delivery lifecycle. • Govern the quality of application deliverables produced by external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards and delivery timelines. • Own and continuously refine the product backlog by translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories and solution specifications. • Lead requirement gathering, business process analysis and impact assessments during project initiation and application enhancement activities. • Produce and review Functional Specifications (FSD), solution documentation and application design artefacts to support development and implementation. • Develop in-depth understanding of application architecture, system capabilities and data flows to recommend scalable functional solutions. • Ensure application documentation remains accurate, complete and aligned throughout the software development lifecycle. • Oversee functional testing readiness by reviewing SIT test coverage and coordinating business acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders. • Support release planning, production deployment readiness and post-implementation validation activities. • Manage functional risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate to ensure successful project delivery. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing production incidents, identifying root causes and recommending long-term application enhancements. • Support the definition, implementation and optimisation of Target Operating Models (TOM) to improve Wealth Management business processes and platform capabilities. Job Requirements Must-Have: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline. • 6–8 years of experience delivering enterprise application projects in software development, application delivery, business analysis or functional consulting roles. • Proven experience supporting Temenos Triple'A Wealth Management platforms, with strong understanding of Triple'A core scripting and solution configuration. • Hands-on experience delivering application enhancements across Portfolio Management, Client Channels or Wealth Management platforms. • Strong understanding of Wealth Management products including equities, funds, bonds, advisory services and portfolio management processes. • Experience managing application requirements, functional specifications, solution documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the SDLC. • Experience working with external vendors, system integrators and cross-functional technology teams to deliver enterprise applications. • Knowledge of REST API integration standards, application interfaces and enterprise system integration principles. • Experience using JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, documentation and Agile delivery. • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, release management and production deployment activities. • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills with the ability to work across regional teams in Asia and Europe. • Experience working within Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
