Resident Technical Officer (C & S)

Roles & Responsibilities: You are to carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations You are to ensure that the design documentation is safely & accurately implemented on site You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety You will undertake any other related duties as instructed by the Project Managers Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore or other tertiary institutions National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred Possess at least 10 years of construction site experience Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES Proficient in MS Word and Excel Proficient in Primavera Project Planning Tool Familiar in Primavera Project Planning Tool Familiar with local codes & regulations Good communications and interpersonal skills Interested applicants are invited to submit your updated resume, stating current/expected salaries to: admin@davyomega.com We regret to inform that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
